Amgen is continuing its Supplier Mentorship program again in 2024. Through this program, we partner with local Supplier Diversity councils/networks to identify small businesses to mentor through a ten-month program. The program, which kicks off the last week of April and runs until March (we always invite the mentees to an event at Amgen during March to close out the program), pairs the supplier mentee with an Amgen mentor who has some related experience in the supplier’s category of goods/services – more information is detailed in the attached program overview document.
