The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) connects entrepreneurs and
small business owners with the programs and resources they need to help
them start, grow, expand, or recover their small business. From counseling
and technical assistance, to funding programs, and government contracting
resources, SBA is here to help our vibrant small business community grow
and thrive. During this national health emergency, the SBA is focused and
resolute to support the small business community with COVID-19 specific
resources and funding programs. These include, but are not limited to, the
Paycheck Protection Program, Economic Injury Disaster Loans and Loan
Advance, SBA Debt Relief, and SBA Express Bridge Loans.
Speaker
Terri Billups is the Assistant District Director, Economic Development for the
SBA Los Angeles District Office. In her current role, Terri is responsible for
economic development in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
Terri’s experience in the Los Angeles District Office includes serving as the
Assistant District Director, Lender Relations and leading the 8(a) Business
Development Program.
As part of her SBA career, Ms. Billups was the Deputy District Director for
the SBA, Michigan District Office covering the entire state of Michigan, and
the Deputy District Director (DDD) for the Pittsburgh District Office in Pennsylvania.
