MLB Park Project – A’s Ballpark Project Meetings

- September 4th at 2pm; Virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting for Bid Package 2a: Join us for a virtual session where we’ll discuss the project’s scope and answer any questions. See the flyer below, which includes the option to REGISTER for this virtual engagement.
- Thursday, September 12th at 2pm; SAVE THE DATE – In-Person Community Outreach Meeting: Mark your calendar for 9/12 to participate in our in-person community outreach event, where we’ll formally introduce this construction project to the local community – including empowering the audience on how local small and diverse owned businesses can explore contract opportunities on this project. The outreach event will be taking place in the Brasillia Ballroom at the Rio Las Vegas, 3700 W. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Stay tuned for further updates for this engagement, including details on how to REGISTER for it.
- New Website: As some of you are already aware, we’re excited to announce that the A’s Ballpark Project website is now live at https://www.mmjvlva.com/. Businesses interested in exploring opportunities can fill out the ‘Vendor Interest Form’ on the site to ensure they receive updates on upcoming opportunities. It also provides an opportunity to register as a Small Local Business.
