The U.S. Department of Education’s (ED) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) is hosting an online Small Disadvantaged Business training for ED’s Small Business Customer Experience (SBCX) Database.

This event is to introduce and explain the use of ED OSDBU’s SBCX site to Small Disadvantaged Businesses. During the event, we will cover user registration, profile population, overall site use, and commonly reported site issues.
