This Skanska CMBB program series aims to provide an understanding of the expectations of working with large general contractors, provide accessibility to essential information, and address any barriers barring success. The program is a free, ten-week coaching and education series designed to provide specific training to diverse firms across the west coast. Participants receive instruction from Skanska and industry professionals who share their knowledge and provide insight into what it takes to be a successful business in the construction industry.

The CMBB program meets once per week for ten sessions virtually to allow for participation flexibility. However, we will have two in-person sessions, that will be from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and one will have a happy hour with networking at the corresponding Skanska office in Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco and Seattle. We will also present project opportunities.

Topics covered include: bidding, contracts, safety, business development, project execution and working with Skanska basics.

The 2-hour program begins on Aprill 11^th through June 13^th and runs every Thursday from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M.
