The Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) is seeking information from Small Businesses, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Businesses, and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses regarding their capability to provide and manage a next-generation Enterprise IT support services solution. This comprehensive solution must integrate a 24×7 Service Desk, advanced AI-enabled tools, efficient on-site deskside support, and complementary engineering, cybersecurity, and IT Service Management (ITSM) development resources.

It is anticipated that this project requirements document will be followed within the next 30-60 days by a formal Request for Information (RFI), and at some future point, a Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated.

The JPL Small Business Programs Office (SBPO) will be hosting several webinars to identify small businesses that can provide this type of work.
