UPCOMING LAYTON PROJECTS AT RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL
PROJECT 08 – BUILDING A RACS:
The scope of work includes rerouting existing mechanical and electrical systems passing through Building A to Building D so building A can be removed from acute care services in the future since it will no longer meet current seismic requirements. There is limited construction of an electrical room and new rated bearing wall to support the existing Building D roof.
