Merck in partnership with Drexel University offers Corporate & Executive Education – APPLY BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2020




In partnership with Merck and Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, Merck would like to announce the Drexel LeBow Core Management Program for Diverse Suppliers (Drexel CMP).   The program will be delivered between March and June 2021;  with a combination of virtual live, online asynchronous, and in-person instruction.

High-performing businesses are able to not only build a diverse workforce, but they are able to effectively leverage talent to fully realize diverse perspectives. Part of leveraging diverse talent involves partnering with suppliers that understand how to lead and motivate others to achieve common goals, effectively communicate strategies, and make sound financial decisions. The Drexel LeBow Core Management Program for Diverse Suppliers (Drexel CMP), provides an executive development opportunity for diverse business owners to enhance their leadership and business acumen to strengthen and grow their business.

Participants have an opportunity to engage with faculty, their peers, and Merck organizational leaders in thought-provoking facilitated discussion enhancing self-reflection and personal development and build relationships across the broader community network.  Module topics included:

  • Leadership Intensive
  • Digital Marketing Primer
  • Financial Planning and Primer
  • Business Intensive and RFP Challenge

Tuition for this program is fully sponsored by Merck.  Participants are required to cover travel costs and expenses associated with in-person instruction.
