Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County and DVBE firms for participation in the Lake House project. The Lake House project consists of a new 5-story, Type III apartment building with 63 units of affordable supportive housing. Project amenities include a courtyard, two roof decks, community rooms, and a service space for residents. Construction is expected to start in June 2021.

Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certification. Bids must be received by Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 4:00pm for the following trades:
