San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) has a small business program and encourages all Primes to liberally use Emerging Business Enterprises. SDUSD has a minimum 3% DVBE/SDVOSB (DVB) participation requirement on all its construction projects. However, each year, new goals are set, so in addition to the 3% requirement, there is a FIVE (5) PERCENT GOAL for 2020/2021. Our Primes typically exceed our annual goals for DVB participation. All DVBs are introduced at site walks.
